Cultural Connections and Creative Wellbeing

Cultural Connections and Creative Wellbeing is run in partnership with Ashford Place in Cricklewood. This project features the delivery of weekly creative workshops for adults with the aim to promote wellbeing, reduce isolation, improve mental stimulation, promote tolerance, understanding and social harmony, and encourage skill development, confidence building and friendship.

Participants in this project take part in a wide range of creative activities, including African drumming, weaving, lino printing, clay sculpting, painting, flower pressing, collage making and much more.
